Agreement
VitaWoof Inc. ("VitaWoof," "we," "us") operates vita-woof.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Products
VitaWoof ONE is a dog supplement, not a substitute for veterinary care. Consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, or being treated for a medical condition.
Orders & payment
All prices are listed in CAD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Subscriptions
Subscribing to VitaWoof ONE commits you to a 12-month minimum term, auto-renewing thereafter, as described in our Subscription Terms.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, formulas — is owned by VitaWoof Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VitaWoof Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
