About VitaWoof ONE
- What is VitaWoof ONE?
- A daily multivitamin chew for dogs, formulated with 26 active ingredients to support everyday wellness — immune health, joints, skin and coat, and digestion.
- What's in it?
- A chicken meal base with barley flour, ground flaxseed, chicken fat or fish oil, dried egg and chicken bone broth powder, enriched with a full range of vitamins and minerals, omega-3s, prebiotic fibre, L-carnitine, taurine, CoQ10 and digestive enzymes. Every batch is tested and documented with a certificate of analysis.
- How many chews are in a bag, and how long does it last?
- Each bag holds 90 chews. How long it lasts depends on your dog's size — see the dosing guide on the label.
- Is it safe for my dog?
- VitaWoof ONE is formulated for adult dogs of all breeds and sizes, with dosing tiers by weight. If your dog has a diagnosed condition or takes medication, talk to your vet before adding any new supplement.
- How do I give it?
- By your dog's weight, following the dosing guide on the bag — as a treat, or crumbled over food.
- Where is it made?
- VitaWoof is a Canadian company. VitaWoof ONE is made in a facility certified to FSSC22000, AAFCO, FDA and GMP standards.
- How long before I see a difference?
- It varies by dog — supplements work gradually, alongside a healthy diet and routine, so give it a few weeks of consistency. VitaWoof ONE supports your dog's general wellness as part of their daily routine; it is not intended to treat or cure any condition.
- What if my dog doesn't like it?
- Write to us at support@vita-woof.com — we would rather help you find the right approach than leave a bag unused.
Orders and subscriptions
- How much does it cost?
- CA$57.88 as a one-time purchase, or CA$42.39/month on an annual subscription (26.76% savings). Paying the full year upfront in a single payment saves another 10%, for 36.76% savings in total (CA$439.24 charged in one payment).
- How does the subscription work?
- Billed every 30 days, with a 12-month minimum term, renewing automatically for another 12 months thereafter. Cancelling before the end of the term incurs a CA$50.68 fee.
- Can I pause or change my subscription?
- Write to support@vita-woof.com and we'll take care of it.
Shipping and returns
- Where do you ship?
- We ship worldwide, and shipping is currently free of charge. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before going out by courier. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, remain the recipient's responsibility.
- Is there order tracking?
- Not at the moment.
- What is your refund policy?
- Refunds apply to justifiable problems — wrong product, manufacturing defect or ingredient error — not to general dissatisfaction. Request within 5 business days of delivery; approved refunds are processed within 15 days.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Replacements are provided for shipping damage. Request within 10 business days of delivery, with photos.
