VitaWoof Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Your name, email, shipping/billing address, and payment info (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number), plus your order history and anything you send us through a contact form.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, manage your subscription, respond to customer service requests, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing emails.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for basic functionality (cart, login). With your consent we also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic; it is loaded only after you accept, and advertising features are disabled. This means some technical data (including your IP address) is processed by Google outside Canada. You can accept or decline at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Sharing
We share your information only with the services that help run the business — payment processing (Stripe), shipping couriers, and email/CRM tools. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@vita-woof.com.
Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes and to comply with Canadian law.
