Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Shipping is currently free of charge, wherever your order is going.
Couriers and timing
We work with multiple couriers; which one handles your order — and your delivery window — depends on your destination and is shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Tracking numbers are not provided.
Delays
VitaWoof Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs or the destination country's import formalities, or an incorrect address entered at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.
