Term and billing
VitaWoof ONE subscriptions run for a minimum 12-month term, billed every 30 days, and auto-renew for another 12-month term at the end of each period.
Payment options
You can pay in 12 monthly installments, or prepay the full 12 months in one payment for an additional 10% off — on top of the savings the annual subscription already gets you over a one-time purchase.
Cancellation
Your subscription cannot be cancelled before your current 12-month term ends unless you pay an early cancellation fee of $50.68 CAD.
To request cancellation, contact support@vita-woof.com. We'll confirm by email once it's processed.
